Michael Maloney

Meet Michael:

Presently, Michael is Nationally certified by NASM, with some of his specialties being weight loss, functional strength training, target training, pre & post natal training and senior citizen specific training. Michael takes pride in his ability to transform the bodies of people of all shapes, sizes and ages, and with a client list as diverse as his training methods, he knows exactly  how to access each clients body with workouts and nutritional plans tailored specifically to the individual. Michael focuses on achieving long term results through challenging and constantly varied workouts along side teaching his clients how to make smarter nutritional choices without disrupting their personal lifestyle. Michael's  boundless energy, dynamic approach and humor only add to the effectiveness of the experience his clients thoroughly enjoy and benefit from.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Michael was an avid athlete growing up, instilling in him much of the proper commitment, professionalism, integrity, passion and self worth, which has carried over to his success with personal training today. With over 15 years experience Michael has made his mark in the fitness world by bringing back the art of training, perfectly sculpting the bodies of celebrities, professional athletes, supermodels, stay at home moms, executives and many more.

Michael is widely recognized for both his expertise in targeting / isolating  specific muscles to create the best possible results and his commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques, resulting in the perfect combination of physical strength and desirable ascetics in his clients bodies. Michael's  unique style of training is applied very differently to women and men, amplifying the effectiveness of his training methods. Michael provides his female clients with structured workouts that prove challenging, creating beautiful shape, length and muscle tone, accentuating the natural shape of the female body. With his male clients, Michael incorporates challenging exercises focused on creating muscle, sculpting and developing a strong, masculine and defined physique.
